Why is Simplicity so appealing?
A simplified product is more appealing to the public because it is perceived as honest. This is a much appreciated quality this days, especially with all the information available everywhere we go and the difficulty to discern between the scam and the real thing.

My trusty kitchen timer.
My favorite tool to avoid life’s pitfalls (which for me is overdoing things) is my trusty kitchen timer. I inherited the timer from my mother after she died three years ago, and hardly a day goes by that I don’t use it.
